Although the administrators and moderators of XR-Underground will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of XR-Underground, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

XR-Underground.com is a non-flaming/non-bashing forum and does not tolerate hateful posts toward other members or toward XRU staff. It will be at the sole discretion of XRU staff to punish (through probation or permanent bans) any violator of our simple "be nice or be gone" philosophy. At the same time, XRU staff tries not to over-moderate posts or threads while trying to maintain a friendly, inviting forum.

At no time may a member question the judgment of the XRU staff. If you believe that an action taken by a staff member is questionable, please contact one of our forum administrators and report the incident. These incidents will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

XRU administrators have the option to monitor any private messages that are transmitted via XRU or stored in the XR-Underground.com database. Administrators value the privacy of our members and only utilize this functionality under the following circumstances:

1. When the security of the forum is in question
2. If a user is suspected to be taking an aggressive posture toward an XRU staff member
3. If a vendor is suspected of violating their vendor agreement by selling products for other users/vendors to bypass the vendor fees
4. To investigate the actions of a user in the possible pursuit of a ban
5. If a user is suspected of slandering an XRU staff member, other user, or the forum itself in a harmful manner

Users that wish to use XRU for selling products must abide by our "For Sale" guidelines. These include:

1. Sales must be for personal trading/selling only. NO businesses or bulk sales (more than 2 of the same product).
2. If you are either a business, a member selling multiple new items, or organizing a group buy, you MUST contact an administrator for authorization prior to posting your thread. Violators of this rule will be immediately put on probation (not allowed to post on the forum) and could possibly be permanently banned.

The owners of XR-Underground reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

These rules are in place to try to make XRU a friendly, community-driven forum. We are pretty lenient about most issues and encourage users to please contact an XRU staff member if they ever have questions about any rules or about other users.
