Do These AFRs Sound Right?

So today while driving my air fuel under light load was switching between rich and lean 12 to 17. What do you think would cause this? Mods are in the signature

Do you have an auto or a manual?

I have an auto and I notice that when the transmission switches gear or locks/unlocks the afrs jump around a bit.

EDIT: D'oh, X-Runners only come in manual.

Yea its a manual it does it while in gear just cruising around
