Lets get the nomenclature correct.
The generic term for that part is the intake plenum.
The term used by Toyota is the Surge Tank Assembly.
It is not the inatake manifold. The intake manifold is what the TRD Supercharger and/or Surge Tank Assembly bolts to.

he wants the plastic intake plenum, its that black "box" we had removed, and where the trd blower now sits

Go the http://toyotapartscenter.net and look there. A new one is only $207. You'll have to click on Fuel System> Fuel Induction>Intake after you enter in what kind of vehicle you want.

ok so I just did that and its $270...not $207....
ok checked that again, its $207 for the "intake manifold" and $270 for the "intake plenum"
