I have been ordered to prepare my traveling list for the rest of the year.

So, I need the dates for XFest ASAP so I can lock in that weekend before I get locked out.

Any idea what we are looking at yet?

G, I can't give you confirmed dates because I haven't been able to talk to any of the potential venues yet. That being said my initial thoughts are the weekend after Labor day. I have a very busy October so I'm looking to move it up a few weeks as compared to years past.

I do appreciate all you do on these events.

Dates as soon as you can.

The issue for me is my wife does a ton of volunteer work and when she is away I have to be home to take care of the family so we have to schedule things well in advance. It would suck if I end up missing it.

The Wisp Resort was nice. Missed both Xfest in Tannersville. Both location are easy driving for the Canucks
