Removing factory radio?

Scoche's instrution with there dash kit is horrible! it says pry out a/c control and remove the 4 10mm nuts and thats it!! I took the a/c knobs off and nothing is prying! I dont want to damage anything..so what am I doing wrong?

u dont take off the knobs ...u take off the whole plate the knobs are set in ...if that makes any sense hah

yeah I kinda figured that...that whole little piece..but I was using a butter knife to pry and nothng was happening and I didn't want to damage anything.
