It changes with your post count. It will go to "1st Gear Member" at I think 100 posts.

Yup, need to get your post count up, other forums allow you to changes it yourself but the platform we are using might not allow it. Could be a change when we make the shift to version 3.0. Otherwise there are a few meters that have had there changes due to standing out from the crowd and does something abnormal :rolleyez:
