Drove the XRunner to lunch today. This is the new Spec-U header back exhaust system to go with the URD Spec-U headers.

Decided to do a couple of videos:

Normal driving up to posted speed +30. Cab is very quiet at high highway speeds.

Rolled the windows down and got on it a bit. Seems to be a tad traction limited.

Normal driving windows up.

Getting on it a tad with the windows up.

Parked back at URD with the windows down.

So this is with the equal length y pipe correct?

The spec U system consists of the equal length headers, equal length y pipe, n im guessin one of the URD catback systems?

I wish I had a little extra cash laying around and a way to re-coupe some funds from the DTLTs
BTW that crack adds some nice character

Love the tone....seems a tad loud in the videos, but it's tough to gauge that over video.

When is the official release?

It is actually quieter than in the videos.

I spent the day ordering parts, tube, V-Bands, clamps, flanges, mufflers and so on.

Already started the programing and fixtures for the 4Runner system. The Tacoma system will be off the truck next week and we will start the programming and fixtures for it.

I am guessing 2-4 weeks until we can start shipping systems.

Have a supra style sound to it. I want it. Now put it up on your website so I can drool over something I can't afford. :argh:

Some vids of the 4Runner version:

These were done with the DTLT headers. The Spec-U headers give the system more of a purr sound to the exhaust note.

I really love the sound of the 4 runner especially the video raving in the parking lot

What's the differences between the 4 runner and the tacoma setup. A side by side comparison.

It is very different. Much less room on the 4Runner to work with.
