When do you guys shift?
I usually shift my first gear around 1-2.5 rpms. and my other gears around 3. I am curious about other people's habits and if my shifting can ruin my car.

That seems high to me. I shift out of first at around 2.3 to 2.5k, then every other gear at 2k, unless I am trying to accelerate fast.

Slipping your clutch too much, or dumping it will be hard on the truck and could potentially cause problems.
I usually shift between 2k and 2.5k

I don't really look down that often because I used to putt around in a Neon with no Tach. BUT... if/when I do, I shift between 2 and 2.5 like everyone else when driving normal (which has been uncommon these days). I still love to hear my URD intake, so I often shift a bit higher than 2.5k

I dont really look at my rpms too much (unless I get on it), I just shift every 12 to 15mph.
