The news and sometimes the star in the reasonably priced car is filmed recently. The challenges and some other stuff that needs heavy editing is filmed way before hand. |

I doubt it. They've done that same thing with other challenges numerous times. Top Gear is one of my favorite shows!

That ticket isn't real. Whoever thought that was real didn't obviously think it through. They will throw you in jail instantly. Not take the time to write a ticket and let that person go on their way.
