ok so as you all know rexrunner is doing an ls1 swap in his truck. i believe he sold his turbo kit already. we got his injectors flow benched and as we expected his injector in cylinder #6 was clogged. the whole time during the dyno and everything. thats why he was on an a/f of 10.8 when he dyno'd to compensate for the clogged injector IMO.. at 7psi it made just under 500 hp and 600trq it was legitly fast for anyone who questions his kit or his truck. i can vouch..anyways heres the pics

all the wiring is done in the truck we ran the painless harness. keeping cruise control and obd2 :rock:
pics were taken a few weeks ago. progress has kept up



update, so he decided to cut the factory mounts that are welded to the frame, to make a good base for a 3/8" steel plate as support. motor is sitting in the engine bay on blocks until monday when his tranny mount comes in.

ls1 from ws6
t56 from chevrolet ssr with 3k miles
internal slave cylinder with new tob
hurst t56 ss
billet aluminum engine mounts with poly inserts
28x20x3 radiator'
fal dual s bade low pro fans
new msd wires, ngk plugs
s10 swap 1 7/8"primaries
2 thunderbolt high flow cats
magnaflow 3 in 3 out muffler
2 electronic butterfly valves
painless wireharness
exedy zo6 clutch/flywheel combo
1050 slip yoke
dbw setup from a later 90's corvette

nothing is welded, just sitting there

Man that is ****ing sweet. I can't wait for him to get it on the road. I'm sure he can't either.

i cant wait to see this thing in person the turbo set up was sweet and that truck was fast i did get to ride in it with the turbo in it
