So I finally got to start installing my roll pan today. I was able to work for a few hours on it. So here's a few pictures of how it's looking. I still have a ways to go but what the heck. I will also use this thread until I finish her up, so I'll keep you all updated that way.
Parts (list of parts I've gotten so far and prices)
Grant Kustom roll pan ~ $199
flip up license plate backing ~ $31
2" receiver insert ~ $15
3x1.5 box tubing ~ free (left over from previous project)
rear body kit skirts ~ $50 x2 (needed new ones since I tore off the original ones)
SEM 68422 (bumper repair epoxy) ~ $12
clear LED lights ~ $10 x2
Day 1 (9 Jan 09):
Day 2 (14 Jan 2009):
So I was able to work some more on my roll pan today. I got the main part all welded up to the mounting brackets/hitch I fabbed up and bolted back up to the truck. My next work day I'll start fitting the end caps on to the main part of the pan. So here's the pictures from today;
Day 3 (16 Feb 2009):
So due to a busy last few weeks and not so good weather on the weekends it's been awhile since I worked on the rollpan. But today I forced myself to work in the snow and I good the pan all tacked up. Hopefully sometime this week I'll be able to finish welding it up. but here's a few pictures of how it looks as of now.

so yeah I've been doing a lot of school work lately and spending my weekends not at home lately but here's a little up date. Spring break is a week away so maybe after spring break it'll be all painted.
Work done from feb till end of march:
not much, only got one side of the skirting half way graphed together and the roll pan all welded up. Still needs some light body smoothing and the bodykits to be finished up, oh and some paint.
19 May 2009:
So the end is near I sand blasted the pan this past weekend and the truck will be off to paint shortly, like within the next week shortly. BUt here are some pictures of before the sandblasting but with both bodykit pieces graphed up.
