It's not out of line to faceplant somebody into the concrete with their hands cuffed behind their back? Male or female that's a pretty ****ed up thing to do to. In this case, it is a man slamming a woman to the ground and the effed up part is he's going to say it was an accident. Criminal or not, she had no way to break her fall.

looks like her face broke the fall. And it seemed to settle her down a little bit.

What's worse is while all this was happening, the cops left the baby on the sidewalk unattended. That's the most messed up part.

It looks to me like she was pushing against him trying to avoid getting in the car, and the way she twisted around with the cop pushing against her made her hit the ground. That was her own fault. If she had sat in the car like a civil human being that wouldnt have happened.

I dont think the cop was meaning for her to hit her head on the ground.

I'm usually the first one to blow the horn on bad police work. I hate cops who abuse power and who flaunt weapons and violence recklessly.

That being said, I don't think they were out of line at all here. They were trying to be civil. They asked nicely, didn't toss her around, just told her to get in the car. She resisted, swore, thrashed.. in my opinion she had that coming x10. Just get your stupid ass in the car.

It sure did slow her down though lol.

I think everyone is not seeing the point of this video. She clearly was resisting arrest. That's not what I'm talking about. The fact that the whole time, they left the baby unattended. The baby was about 10 feet away from them. She resisted arrest which gives them the right to use stronger force to subdue her. But to leave the baby there, that's jacked up.

What did you expect? Baby sit? Clearly the cops had their hands full.

Actually, they're suppose to keep an eye on the baby in cases like this. If this video is gonna do anything for this lady, that's gonna be it. After the cop knocker down, the other officer could have checked on the baby.

they were to busy trying to get her stupid ___ in the car. Were they suppose to wait til child services got there and then try to arrest her. There is a point when there is only one cop in the video, he may have went and got the stroller (baby inside or just her drugs I nevere seen a baby) and rolled it where they could kep an eye on it.

lol Dude watch his right arm and the swing of his right shoulder/upper body, he straight up missiled her skull into the ground, he pushed against her - but not into the car; he knew exactly what angle he was at.

The lady was pissed because she probably feared where her kid was going to end up; some quick reassurance to let her know they weren't just going to leave the kid there could have calmed the situation some what.

At least she gets to ride in a meat wagon now instead of a cop car.

yes you can clearly hear the baby crying in the beginning...

IMHO its more of the cops duty to make sure the baby is safe and out of harms way rather than trying to get the women in the squad car. having her sit down on the curb next to the stroller while waiting for back up to arrive would have calmed her down a lot quicker...

Doug yes I did see how the cop twisted his body to get her down on the ground...that wasn't needed...if any of you guys are into jiu jitsu/judo you will know that a simple twist of the body and snap of the hips will get anyone down to the ground in a hurry...
