XR down for the count (not mine) 2 poeple killed

Ok on the news that i just watched there was a xr that got into a wreck, 2 people were killed:thumpdown:. I hope it was none of our guys. look at pic 9 of 10.

FYI it is one of our guys hes not on much but he did roll with me to alot of meets. his name is mike he is the one that had the redline tires last i heard he is in jail as i get more info i will post it up

Speed itself does not kill. I hate when people say that. Driving like an idiot kills.

So now everyone on here knows why some of us don't street race, speed around cars, etc., and then post story's with comments like "NICE KILL BRO!"

Sorry, I don't know the guy personally, but if he is being arrested and charged, he deserves it. My heart goes out to the families who lost members of innocence.

That just did not end well for anyone involved in this.

From what I can tell it looks like the XR rear ended the tan truck, most likely on the driver side back. Which then caused him to lose control and when he got hit jerked the wheel and the truck just flipped over sideways. Tan truck was most likely in the right hand lane, but could have been in the center, and looking for the skid marks from the footage the XR traveled quit a bit before it stopped. Luckily more people were not injured during this, but it is a tragedy that two people lost thier lives and another person ruined the rest of theirs.

My prayers go out to all the families and friends that were affected by this.

thats crazy on XLR8's vid it zooms in on the license plate, i guess they wanted to run the plates themselfs. the gold truck also looks like a tacoma i would say its a mid 90's :dontknow:.

not gonna lie Ive street race, as most us us have.. but I normally wont unless its clear..We dont know the story, So I would highly suggest not passing jusdgement.. anyone could say he was swearving.. they said pills were involved.. what if the guy was knocked out or dazed from the pills.. floored it not knowing what he was doing, and passed out? we doint know what was going on here. easy on the harsh comments...
