I like it. Can you make any shape, like a bat shape (Batman) or a shape off of Transformers instead of the circles?

I just want another option other then the mx grille the best part is that it will be a 5 piece kit and can be powder coated or brushed aluminum, polished stainless.

No that is grille material he does not have a lower sides or hood scoop and he offers a cut for the Tacoma for the main upper but it is for the guys that want to recess the grille so that would make it to small for the front and that oval is limited edition and is to thin so you would have to get a big piece cut it yourself and put door trim around the edges.

What I'm building is a finished grille it will have a .375 border around each piece before the mesh starts and will fit perfect, it will not mount with zipties or clips you will see!! A more professional finish

I decided to change the grill to a two part frame and go with a honeycomb look, the mesh will be tig welded to the back side of the frame this is what the main upper will look like!!!

I sent the file to 3 local laser cutters to get quotes.
It's 10 pieces total each piece has a grill and a trim.

Like a bunch of xs in the grille instead of the ovals, idk if it'd be possible but that would be cool. Just saying.

I just recived the parts from the laser cutter i had them cut out of steel for the test set the next ones will be out of 304 stainless and im debating if i should do a set with anodized red, blue, black, silver hex head aluminum bolts pan head. 16 bolts around the upper or so.

here are the parts everything fits great!!

Rough fit rattle can for now to prevent rust till all the tabs are welded on
