picked up a 95 Tacoma, 2wd 2RZ... Original plan was a turbo build. Well things have gone from mild to wild since the beginning of the year.

UPDATE

So in May the fun of ripping the stock stuff went underway. Very easy for the fact these bolts have never been removed., and NO RUST!!! So now the fuel tank is gone, springs, and stock rear.

Came so close to getting the new rear at the same length of the factory.. Think we will be a half inch short once the disc brakes go on. but we shall see.

Everything is tacked into place at the moment until i get my 220v in this weekend. boxed in the rear for where we needed it to be. Lower bars are pretty much dead on at 0 degrees. once i get the ride height with the wheels back on i will adjust the upper bars accordingly.

Picked up a 3rd member dirt cheap, had 2:73 gears with 28 spline, getting it done to 31 spline and 3:73
and axles should be in this week..:blurock:

here is as it sits now..

still XRU repping..

its a lot of fun man, once the truck gets drivable again, gonna have to have a NC meet out here

got the call my axles and 3rd member will be ready tomorrow for pick up!!! Christmas in July!!!

Once everything in the rear is in place going to grind off anything i don't need from stock, keep it smooth and then paint and move on getting the ride height good in the rear and shave in the gas door and tail gate latch...
