at least toyota admits these issues and fixes them

i know the issues i had with my f150 are very common and ford just tried to put a bandaid on it..

And they have yet to admit that they put crap 6 speeds in the tacomas...it's about time they recall all 05 and up Tacomas with the manual trans and give us t56's lol

I was just commenting on an older thread with questions about this! It's the most annoying thing ever, I would love for them to recall and fix this and relieve me from my worries!

They won't... They just don't want to be sued by the NHTSA again for safety recalls. The TOB isn't a safety defect as it is a design flaw that usually doesn't arise until the truck is aged a bit.

I already have so many open recalls... Steering wheel airbag thingy, Pedals and door panel seat belts. I'm getting quite tired of it as it is damaging to the credibility of Toyota.
