Thanks everybody. I think everyone who still visits the forum will agree, the amount of help and tips and just straight info is amazing. Super helpful.

I have my URD short shift kit still in the box. Before I start can somebody shed some light on the install? Do I have to do the coupe mod to allow the kit to work??

No you don't have to do the coupe mod. Although it will make a huge difference. The URD short shifter and the coupe modded shifter was probably the best thing I ever did to my truck

Lol I remember you saying you got them off a 350z and want the right size tires though. Other than that the truck is sick

Lol, I was waiting on that. The tires are small I know. With time I'll have a correct size on there.

Just too bad those halos and all the work involved is going to be trashed soon. The lesson is: buy halos bigger than 4.5" so they don't have to me mounted so close to the bulbs. They're melting at the top

Tires next. I want some performance mods but $$ a little tight at the moment. Maybe window tint at some point. It's my daily and I load the family in it almost daily. 2boys and the wife, so I gotta keep it a little conservative. I'm a minitrucker at heart so my first want is to have it laying the kit. Lol
