    pin 16 is always constant power for scan tools etc. pin 4&5 are grounds. i run in to this every once in a while at work

    sold my truck a while ago, along with a bunch of other parts, and never really got around to getting rid of these. but now i am cause i want some axles for my other truck. btw these are the new leafs have the notch cut out on one of the brackets and they do come with low pro bump stops
