Finally taking the truck to the dealership
I had the same problem with the noisy Release bearing. Replace it once after it got bad but then when back to making noise. I then replace my clutch with a performace one and a new oem release bearing and have had no issues. You might what to check your pressure plate they seem to weaken after a...- redtoyxr

DJM 3/3 Drop No Frame Cut
If you do carry stuff in your bed its gonna have a really bad harsh feeling. I got a 2 inch block on the back and its doesnt have a very nice ride when i place heavy things on the back.- redtoyxr

I just saw a 1gr on a FJ cruiser and it had dual vvt-i It only gets more top end horsepower the torque is still the same. Yeah i dont think it will come with a 2gr, the 2gr has more horsepower but i think its too small.- redtoyxr

Do you warm-up your truck?

bed skin?? damaged bed
The bed comes in like 4 different section and they do sell them seperate but are no painted or cheap. I had mine replace on the driverside when somebody hit my truck and took off. You might want to call your toyota dealer. I think their is a tsb for the bed making a creaking noise where they...- redtoyxr

No problems here. Ill say if you gonna abuse the truck change the oil on the transmission regularly. I only had one problem but that was because i overheated my clutch at the race track. It was stuck in 3rd gear and would not want to come out of gear till i pull the shifter really hard and...- redtoyxr
