LOL, must be nice... it'll be way better than what I paid... as for blue, it'll probably be some work since it looks like the bulb is clear, and whatever is inside the climate control system is whats making it orange/amber when its lit up...- richie_rich

Found the bulb, bag, and receipt. And sad to say, but the total was more than $17CDN... more like $19.69. $20 for a bulb? :stupid: :argh: I would dig around and see if you can find a generic part for cheaper. And in case you're wondering, no, I can't get the bulb out of the socket, it looks...- richie_rich

i only had three when I pulled mine out, the one I didn't plug back in (blue one) was the steering wheel... but mine is on 06, so you could be right about the sub...- richie_rich

They are not LED's... they are little tiny bulbs that are built in to the holder. I know this because I just replaced one myself, but mine was the left side, not the right... Same thing happened to me, it died when I installed my deck. I forked over $17CDN for the little tiny bulb. :motz...- richie_rich

Without the spare, will I have an endless tire-pressure light
yup, works on mine too for the last year... and I switched it back for the winter since I'm rolling on the stockers with winter tires... to cold to check the pressures every gas stop... I'll let the sensors do the work... :biggrin:- richie_rich

I was gonna do the software hack, but the hardware hacked was so easy: move the tel. mute wire to a different spot on the plug and ground that and the park brake wire. Oh, and heres another pic I had that can be used for the splash screen, don't remember where I found it:- richie_rich

Pulled the deck out again today (hopefully for the last time), and installed the mic for the voice recognition, and also installed the iPod interface cable. No one had the cable here in town, but I did some research, and it turns out the the newer Apple Composite A/V cables are exactly the same...- richie_rich

only thing I can think of comparing it too would maybe be a World Rally Blue Subaru STi with the factory gold BBS wheels... if you got a side view pic of your truck, I'll see what I can do when I've got a few minutes at work with photoshop and a pic of my gold stockers...- richie_rich

I've painted over 15 sets of wheels in my garage for various friends, and all sorts of misc car parts and accessories. Everything I have done have held up very well. The main thing is just to take your time. Clean the wheels well, scuff them up a bit, then clean them again. Prime, then paint...- richie_rich

INTAKE
I'm using an aFe intake. It is the exact same as a TRD intake (aFe makes them for TRD), just cheaper... which is better in my books. :top:- richie_rich
