From what ive heard stay away from autozone blocks. Id get some from XII Performance here on the forum, or there is a guy on custom taco who makes steel ones.

I have a drop kit in the mail from XII Performance, so I cant speak from experience. Just going off what ive read.

Good luck!

You don't have any problems with the axel tapping the frame or bottoming out? I live on some pretty bad roads. Where do I get the street taco blocks

My 05 with 1 in blocks bottomed out all the time but it needed new shocks. And I ran PepBoys aluminum blocks for 3 years and never had a problem with them.
Make sure you get the low pro bump stops also.

I've been witness to pulling out autozone blocks only to find that the nipple on the top side of the block had sheered off. Seconds from disaster if you ask me

Plus he will be able to get you the height you want. With or without pins and with or without leveling for the damn taco lean.

Measure the heights of the fenders directly above the center of the wheels on a level surface. Then you will know how far to drop the rear on each side. Also if you go 2" or more, get the ones with offset pins.

they even come with the nipple indent on the bottom and nipple on the top.

they all should.

OP, blocks are hella easy to install. should take you an hour TOPS. unless you're like me and like to tinker/tune up/lube everything while i'm down there. then it could take all night lol
