Did you take it to the dealership and get the reflash for it? If you have ,Your fuel filter may be getting dirty and it is time for the fuel pump upgrade because you can not change the filter.

Most likely a vacuum leak.

Look for a misrouted or disconnected vacuum line.

If you cannot find that double check you install the rubber gasket under the supercharger at the manifold and behind the throttle valve. Then double check the gasket on the intercooler lid.

You are not running the TRD intake are you?

No I'm running the urd intake and I've done the fuel pump upgrade but ever since I've done the fuel pump upgrade my truck doesn't start up right away I have to turn the key a few times and then it turns on , so I think this might be contributing to my problem

What do you mean you have to turn the key a few times?

Are you saying the starter does not engage and crank the engine, or the engine cranks but fails to start?

The most likely cause is that you over tightened the clamps on the in tank hose causing the hose to split and you have a large leak in the hose.

Pumps do not make PSI. They flow fuel. The resistance to that flow makes pressure. The resistance to flow in this system is the fuel pressure regulator which is set to 43.5 PSI.

Pumps are rated at the amount of flow at given pressures. So a 255 LPH pump will flow 255 LPH at 43.5 PSI.

You have to get a special piece of hose.

You can get it from NAPA and is designed to be submersed in gasoline. It is about $30 for one foot.

Do not use regular fuel line.

If you cannot find it call me Monday and I can get a piece sent out to you.
