If you are planning on going we need you to sign up asap. The date will be in April 18 19 20 . I will need a count asap to sign up for the tour, tix group discounts, and hotel reservations, karting reservations.

Friday:
9am or 130pm Toyota Plant Tour! (please sign up ahead of time to reserve a spot max 30 per tour)

Roll in to Riverwalk hotel ( TBD) I will post this info up soon. Parking will be a major issue as most hotels here use valet to garages)

Dinner meet and greet on Riverwalk ( many choices)

Saturday:
8-6 Six Flags Amusement Park! I will post the info on where to get tix
Sea World is next door for anyone who wanted to do that instead.

6-10 Alamo Karts! 1/3 mile track

10-2 PARTY on the riverwalk! First one who jumps in the river gets a prize.

Sunday:
Roll out
Group Photo

I will update this with hotel and tix info as well as shirt info.

I need to book hotel and flight.

Where is home base going to be and what airport and town is close to that so I can get things booked??

The plant tour is in SA, right? How long of a drive to get there from home base? Is there going to be a caravan or just all meet there?

Hey Bro

I'm sorry I havnt been checkin but I wanted to let u know, April 18 the Toyota Plant is Closed for Spring holiday, (Easter Wekend).
So you wouldn't be able to do a plant tour.

Also, during April 10 to the 27th that is fiesta in San Antonio.
Hotels are almost close to double in price.
Tons of cops all over the city looking for drunk drivers.
Nonstop partying around the city.

^hmm never got that. But yeah I posted this was on easter weekend. It should be rescheduled. I also need more people to sign up well ahead of time in order to make it happen.
