I thought I should have a custom shifter, to go with the console make over in progress.

I had a few set backs.

I had a porosity problem in one of the heads. Water pissed everywhere.

Head is replaced and buttoned up again. I had some holes in the firewall that needed to be repaired. I was going to body work them and repaint.

Instead a milled a piece of aluminum to match the air filter tops/valve covers. I had these part powder coated to match.

It has a pretty nasty bark to it. I still need to do a little tuning.

Pretty much have all of the mechanicals done.

We also did some rework to the existing A/C to make it work better.

This included a set of braided a/c & heater hoses.

We did a little paint work to fresh up the rear fenders & running boards.

I also thought a new shift ball was in order.
