I'm just wondering what kind of exhaust and what size piping is everyone running with the dtlt and y pipe. I'm not supercharged so I'm open to any recommendations. I was thinking either borla or aeroturbine.

I'm running the URD Y-Pipe with 2.5" exhaust piping and Aeroturbine. Aeroturbine is straight through, so it's gonna be loud as fck with headers. You'll lose some in low end as I've noticed it since I switched from Spintech. Best to go F/I if you're going to have that much of an exhaust system. Just my .02 :hmmmm2:

What model magnaflow are you guys running? And I'm worried that if I run 3" I won't have any back pressure. So I'm leaning towards 2.5.

Cheapest great sounding muffler will be a weld I on stock piping, 5 " round 14" body center in-out 60 for the muffler and 40 for install.

Id say if not going F/I stay under 3"

I installed DTLT headers, URD y pipe, URD mk2 exhaust and it felt like driving a honda, the TQ didnt come on till much higher in the RPM range (or atleast thats how it felt).

It was soo bad I HATED driving the truck and the next business day I slapped down money for a blower.

My DTLTs go into 3" custom Y-pipe. After the Y-pipe it goes down to 2.5" to a flowmaster super 40 and then 2.5" out the side like stock. I just have a 76mm throttle body and spacer along with an AFE CAI. I have alot of compliments on how it sounds. People tell me it sounds like a V8 and I'm not even supercharged... YET! Also, I live in TN and we have no inspections or regulations so I don't have any cats on the truck either.

Just bought an URD Y-pipe to run with a TRD Cat-Back I got in a trade for a 3" URD Cat-Back.

Sound is great a tad loud but no droning. The issue I have is the connection from the OEM header's to the URD Y-pipe is leaking big time. I put back the OEM Y-pipe and No Leaking with the same seals! :dontknow:

Look into getting the URD gaskets, they will be alot cheaper than Toyota and will work! Do you have the TRD catback aswell?

I went with the DTLTs that go into the DT pipe bomb y-pipe, then into a 2.5 aFe mach force xp catback. Installed a vibrant resonator to take out the rasp & I'm liking my setup!
