I get this code once every month or two. It only stays on for a few days then goes away. I don't change anything, I don't clear it out, but it goes away.

O2 Sensor Positive Current Control Circuit Low - Bank 1 Sensor 1

Any suggestions on why it comes up or what it might mean?

I would start checking harnesses to see if they are secured properly. Doesn't sound like the sensor is bad

In my experience its one of three things: Intermittent A/F ratio sensor failure, intermittent relay failure, or wiring harness. Never seen an ECU for this which is also possible, but in my experience unlikely. And I listed those 3 causes in order of how much I see them, the sensor failure being the most common. Hope this helps :top:

I use to get that code too. I'd unhook the sensor an plug it back in it would go away for awhile. Last time I switch the extension harness and it hasn't came back on yet.

You got another one and it fixed that problem?

I switch the sides. Change ur sensors from one side to the other. See if the code follows. If it don't ur sensor is good. Ur plug in may be dirty or wet. Or the relay is going bad.
