You have a good point Stoner-X.

Been busy with life, but brushing up on my CAD drawing skills. Then proceeded to get distracted and made some drawings for speaker mounts.

Bringing the truck into work to get a few measurements off the front of the engine.

232.84mm or 9.1669" from center to center. 1mm is ~0.03937", so likely 9 1/4" or 9 3/16"

Done!

Supercharger is on the truck and I only had to build one part. I had essentially two fit kits, so I sold the complete kit and then used the money towards a tensioner bracket. The 2nd fit kit was just missing the hood support, so I crafted one out of 1/2" solid bar and an old power supply case.

Somewhat grateful that I ordered the part in the end. Eventually it would have been done, but I doubt not for another summer.

I got misfire codes for the first 1000km/621miles, but I think it was mainly due to a plugged injectors and the Ucon just needing a re-flash. URD tech support was quick to sort out the EMS issue, so now I need to figure out the rest in some spare time (whenever I get any). I'm guessing vacuum or a bad O2 sensor.

Special thanks to Gadget at URD & NHXRUNNER for their help along the way. Now all I need to do is get that damn pulley off so I can press on my 2.7" quickchange.

Wow. Congratulations! Hope it is just a vacuum leak.

Have you upgraded your fuel pump yet?

Glad I could help, and well glad you could return the favor. Think we're both up and running faster because of the other!!

Have not done the fuel pump upgrade yet, but it is on the list. I know the smaller pulley will stress the system if it gets bolted on.

I'm running the 2.825 pulley w/o the fuel pump upgrade....but only because I haven't gotten around it yet. Pump is sitting in my back seat.

Cylinder 2 has been running hot, but unsure if this was the case before the SC was installed. I've regapped my plugs to 0.030 and swapped the coils around in hopes that this would solve the issue. It's been 1500km since then and I'm still getting misfire codes.

Pulled the SC off this week to track down the cause of my P0300 and P0302 misfire codes.

Found a few odd things. First was the passenger bank plugs were all wet from fuel (After the truck sat for a night). Cylinder 2's plug looked alright from a combustion point of view, but the outer ceramic had now blistered and the resistance is 4k instead of 5k. The last thing is that I found a nice film of oil inside the SC and over the intake ports. I had done a compression test in June and everything turned up green.

Going to gap the plugs out to 0.034. I'm guessing I have a minor vacuum leak and will clean the PCV and replace the hose attached to it. I'm stumped on how an entire bank has wet plugs though. Driver side looks completely normal. I can't possibly have 3 leaking injectors, so what could it be?

The only codes I get are P0300 and P0302 when the truck misbehaves.

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me. Pictures of engine bay???

Spray some silicone or other flammable spray around the bay, while idling. That will help find it if you have one.

Oil on the intercooler, from the PCV system is normal. For this reason, many people install catch cans.

Sorry about the oil on the lens. I'd say a good 1/2 oz of oil was splashed about inside and in the intercooler fins.

Ultrasonic cleaner pulled a noticeable amount of debris from the PCV valve. The hose is also fairly dry and has noticeable cracks on one end.

Either re-attach that foam piece, or chunk it in the trash.

Foam just fell off when I pulled the intercooler. It's been re-attached.

Pulled the valve covers off and made sure that I had the timing right. Cleaned all gasket mounting surfaces and began to put everything back on. Did another compression test and got 182.5, 185 x4 and 190psi. My rings are in great shape, so it must be the PCV valve that was sucking all that oil.

I guess the next thing is a catch can if this doesn't fix the issue of oil.

Truck idles alot better. Time to go for a drive and see if I can get a code to flash.
