I know you can b/c when I ordered they had to wait on the install kit which is all that was listed except the charger itself. I got mine out of a toy dealer out of Florida.

guy i gotta question. i have 200,000 miles on my TRD SC now and i am starting to get a little whine from one of the idlers at start up. i am sure the bearings have run dry. i called the dealer and they said since TRD closed the SC program down you cant order parts anymore. i looked here and got the individual part numbers for the pulleys and was going to order each one individually and change them all out but when the dealer looks up the individusl part number for the pulley, it superceedes to the fit kit C bag. and he can only get the whole bag for $840. seems a bit excessive to try to get 4 idler pullies. anybody got a better idea? anybody have an "IN" with toyota and know how to get just the individual parts for the idler pullies without having to buy the whole fit kit? this list below is what i planned on replacing. i figure just replace everything while i am there. i suspect this is about $200-250 worth of stuff maybe.

Try Magnuson directly. They're the manufacturer and they're now selling the kit under their own brand. You may get the same answer in terms of them coming as a package but it's worth a shot. I swear someone found a way to source these separately. I'll dig a bit and see what I can come up with.

EDIT: This is the thread I was thinking of, but it's not the answer you were looking for.

So I'm all ready for the install of my TRD S/C along with the new UCON, but I am missing some key parts, so I was hoping someone here might be able to help me out.

I'm missing the 6 x M8x1.25x35mm Reduced Shank Hex Flange bolts that hold the S/C down to the motor (i.e. Hardware Bag B that is supposed to be inside the S/C). I bought it second hand and they didn't come with. I've emailed Magnuson and haven't heard back. Fastenal basically wants my first born child for these bolts because they are special order. Emailed Gadget and waiting to hear back from him.

Does anybody here have some of these bolts laying around that you would sell me? Know of a place where i can get them for a reasonable price?

You can use regular M8 bolts. Reduced Shank Hex, what ever, is just easier install for keeping them at place during installation or removal.

Speaking from experience? I'm not entirely sure you would get the same torque ratings that the S/C is spec'd to have if it was a fully threaded bolt going through two threaded parts. I could be wrong though.

Just took off my SC at last weekend. Here is a picture of the bolt.

Of course you should get the version with non-threaded part or drill the SC bolt holes a little (maybe 0.5 mm) larger.
Btw. those are 10.9 grade.

Thanks for the pic. I'm going to talk to my machinist here at work to see if he can turn down some fully threaded bolts to match what you have there.
I got all the parts for the S/C installed yesterday (pulleys, LTR, pump, hose, etc) so I'm just waiting for the bolts now.
