Hi. Recently got a '12 X-Runner, but it has a lowing kit on it and I'd prefer stock height and ride (I'm tall and haul dirt bikes). Googling is rather confusing trying to find part numbers for the X-Runner. Anyone on here know what they are? I'm looking for front Bilstein struts and rear shocks and U-bolts. Thanks.

IrunnIt: You need to know which kit you have. It's either lowering springs or DJM control arms
Definitely not JDM arms, so assuming stock. Looks like just shorter coil springs over stock Bilstein strut up front, and 3" block/longer u-bolts/aftermarket shock in back.

Just shorter red (Eibach?) springs in front, 3' block w/ longer U-bolts and aftermarket shock in back.
autobodyX: Shocks and struts are cheap enough from the toyota dealer. You can't beat their price.
Thanks. Got a member here that I might buy his take-off stock springs from, and rest from the dealer, since Bilstein doesn't sell them. Just gotta make sure I get the part numbers right when ordering.

Ok, thanks. I'll know if I need them once I take the blocks out (and find the QA1's wont fit). but I won't do that until I get the front springs replaced. Should hopefully be this weekend though.

I removed the 3" block from the rear spring, but it had a long stud that went through the springs, and a nut attaching it at the bottom. Once removed, what then should be through that hole in the springs to hold them together? In stock form, is there a bolt/nut that goes through there?
Nope, uses a bolt, so I ended up installing an Allen head bolt and nut, and it fit perfectly into the hole in the spring seat. The QA-1s work just fine too, so thanks throwingsparksatu, but guess I won't need the stocker's after all. Truck is now back to stock, and I love it. No more bottoming out!
