It'll get to you guys, it's just a matter of when. This is a side gig for them but I still understand your frustrations. You gotta remember though there's much more variables going on as to why the product isn't on your door step. Not defending them by any means i'm just saying there's other things that could be going in life to cause these delays. There is a communication breakdown but have no fear, you will get the product and love it!

Another update. Was REALLY hoping to post a photo of a pallet full of sway bars. They didn’t get here on Friday. :-( The good news is that they are inbound to the shop. Just didn’t get here by Friday. Hopefully they’ll be here tomorrow or Tuesday. Nobody panic yet. LOL. These are one of those moments that I wish I was a huge company that fabricated all this stuff, and did this on the side. BUT...if that was the case, I may be too busy to take the time to make the parts you guys (and ourselves) really love/want. As you see on the list of names, you see I am on there. That is not a random name, I need these sway bars as much as you all do.

I’ll let you know when they arrive.

Stay tuned.

The x runner group is more patient than any other. If this was another community there would be fire and pitch forks.
Very true. And we’re so glad you guys are understanding of this niche market and the little guys out there ensure you make your trucks better than they were from the factory.

Must be karma kicking in. Now I’m waiting like you guys. Still no sway bars at the shop yet. :-( At least they are on their way. Must be by horse and buggy. #UPSAmishDivision

Are you serious? A tracking number should tell the story if they are on the way. I dont know about you all, but I am not a happy camper and patience is wearing really thin....

my patience is starting to wear out already. this is taking extremely too long. we are going to what, almost 4 months now. if it was shipped already they should have given a tracking number.

Personally I don't think they've even shipped to XII at this point. My confidence in this whole group buy is nearing 0; hopefully it's the manufacturer not delivering and not something worse.

Original group buy page suggested 4-5 weeks from order in March
April 7th, order placed a little later than planned but ok.
April 30th, update to "a couple weeks, with the potential of a week", consistent with group-buy page
May 19th, "sway bars are finished"
June 11th, "sway bars are actually finished", and "expect to see sometime this week"
June 17th, "inbound to the shop" but maybe a day or two later than expected.
June 20th, still waiting, no real information, no update since.

Now we're another week later with no information, and pushing 3x the original group buy schedule. Buck I think you need to step up and give some real information on these. The comments above are correct, if they're really inbound you should have a tracking number with no bullshit guesses.

New update (yes...all “real information”)

There was an issue with their shipping person but has been resolved. Of course i did not know this until I queried them. If I could only get parts in when I think they’re coming, I’d be dangerous. The upside is that they are for real this time coming our way. I was really hoping to be posting a picture by now of a pallet full of sway bars. Sorry guys, it’s out of my control at this point. For now, I’m not going to give false hope and give a day...just know that they are coming.

So sorry guys, I’m trying my best to get these here and out to you all. At these they are way ahead of them game over those dang coil manufacturers that i’m still waiting for my order...that I placed in January. Yes...January. Be glad you’re not waiting for these. I have 6 VERY patient customers waiting for these and over a dozen others that i had to issues refunds for. I’m pretty sure that the large companies are what gives the little guys bad reviews waiting on parts. (End rant)

I originally ordered a bunch of parts but didn’t get it since there was a storm at that. I did finally get a refund but it just puts me at ease that now it’s in a group buy and others are involved rather than by myself worrying about the parts lol

They FINALLY arrived at the shop. Now it’s time to box these bad boys up and start sending them out to you guys and gals.

This has been a pain in the butt from the beginning, but worth it in the end when we are still able to provide parts to such a niche market (slowly...but we get it done).

Even the delivery had a story to it and wasn’t exactly smooth.

I mentioned earlier about to issue with the shipper...well...the guy that ended up dropping these things off had to be a rookie. Since the shop is share with the in-law’s AC business, there are tons of trucks of all sizes that are dropping off various AC units and components (along with our stuff here and there). They all are able to easily back right up to the bay door so they can use the lift gate to lower whatever is being delivered and we can use our pallet jack to move it wherever it needs to be within the bay.

This dude does it all wrong. He pulls straight in and can’t figure out how to get turned around our big ass parking area. Most drivers will utilize the huge driveway to get turned around and just back up. NOPE. LOL. I’m still at work, so i missed these shenanigans in person. My mother-in-law and the office lady see this going on as he is nowhere near the bay. He gets out of the truck and proceeds to get ready to pull the pallets out and lower the lift gate. They tell him that he needs to back up to the bay with those because he won’t be able to make it to the bay from where he is parked. As most truckers seem to be experts (no offense to any of you guys and gals that may be truckers), he tells them that it is not possible for him to back the truck up of that size to that bay door. Their response is...”funny since trucks of your size do it nearly every day here. Keep in mind that our parking area is a mix of “hard pack” and recycled asphalt. He gets the front sway bar pallet out with his pallet jack...yup...now there is a 1500 pound pallet of parts stuck in this essentially unpaved surface.

He is struggling and struggling to get the pallet to move but no luck. Of course the pallet is not completely off the lift gate so he can’t get the other pallet. AND he’d be stuck anyway since the pallet is in the way for him to get the truck out and leave. LOL. My father-in-law shows up about this time. Luckily he is a old gritty dude, so now there are two dudes pulling and struggling to get this pallet to move. As a side note, we do have a tractor here with forklift attachments, but my in-laws just got their new house built and the tractor was at their place to do landscape work. If the guys notified us ahead of time of what day they were going to be here, we could have ensured the tractor was here to move the pallets.

Eventually they made it into the bay (as you see in the photos). All the sway bars were segregated enough to prevent powder coat damage. Now it’s time to make the boxes for these and get the parts out of here. Not sure how Wednesday will delay any shipments with it being as holiday, but theoretically there should be some of you all in the garage installing some XII Performance sway bar goodness.

Now if I could just gets these damn drop coils here we ordered in January...yes January. We would literally be placing another order by now with what is/could have been sold. There is a short list of VERY patient customers waiting for these, 13 refunds, and 10ish people that are waiting for me to let them know they are here so they can place the order. #SmallBusinessOwnerProblems

Yikes, what a mess. I didn't think you'd have lasted long around here if you ran with people's money, so I have just been waiting. Glad to see these finally showed up. I'd really like to see these on my week off this upcoming week!

Not ragging on your business, offering some constructive criticism. I have wholesaled goods but not from US suppliers and not in the industrial/automotive setting but... perhaps it's time to have a chat with them about the level of service, or find another supplier. I feel like yalls revenue would double if you could stock some popular parts and get these group buys done within a month.

I sold my truck before I could even install these. Anyone want to take them off my hands?
