Go black. I love the look of the tacoma with black carpet. I was trying to find a low mileage access cab in the junk yard with a black carpet to swap. Just haven’t gotten around to it.

I recommend black carpet and floor mats in the color of choice. (I went with black weathertechs, but your options are endless)
I vote ditch the carpet, and go all weather flooring

I think the back seat center console is a little different.. may not have one in your 07.. i know my 09 has a rear center console and there are bolt holes in the all weather flooring made for that. Other than that, it should drop right in
