MK1 short shifter??
Well I guess I am the dummy that bought this shifter, tried it for two weeks and it is junk. First the bolts that came with the kit are too short and I had to go buy new longer ones. Then the shifter shaft comes apart in about 4 or 5 pieces, like it is an old shifter with a bunch of parts... -

TRD supercharger best price?

Air condition leak
Thanks for the input. I was kinda whating to know if this is a big problem, I was thinking about it and I know that or trucks at work (Freightliners) are having a problem with the condensor splitting at or just below the line. If there is only one or two problems reported maybe its just an...- wleldred

Air condition leak
The other day while changing my oil I notice the I have a refrigerant leak coming from the condensor. I say its a leak I can see green dye around the line on the passenger side bottom of the condensor. The A/C is working ok for now and I will keep an eye on it. Has anyone else seen this problem?- wleldred

18" tire sizes
not going to buy new tires just for this reason, simply thinking of go up when I have to buy new ones. That will most likely be sometime this year My thinking was lets say you drive 60mph for 5 hours and you use 20 gallons of gas and that gets you 300 miles, you would have gotten 15 mpg. 18" tire sizes
I know our trucks use a 255 55 r18 and according to my gps and what others have wrote our speedometers are off by 2mph. Has anyone tried using a 255 60 r18 to correct this and get a better idea of actual gas mileage?- wleldred

Break-In MPG...
I have a 07 with about 18000 miles, before 15000 miles or so I was getting about 17-19 mpg highway and now I get 22-23 mpg highway. I run 3 ounces of acetone per 10 gallons of gas it helps alot in town but not so much on the highway. I also notice a differance if I set the cruise everywhere I...- wleldred
