Problems with Notched Frame??
I would say it all depends on who is doing it and the equipment they have... If they have some knowledge of installing a notch it helps plus having a plasma cutter is a huge plus but I would say you are looking at around $500 easy to install the whole kit.- TOYTACO

Hahaha Yeah I was talking about showfest and actually I debuted my mazda there in 2010 and it was shot for Mini Truckin' magazine... small world huh! Problems with Notched Frame??
There are many companies out there that have notches in their kits, after a certain drop on any truck you will need to notch for clearance... They are all as good as the other because a company isn't going to sell a product that isn't going to be as good or better than it was stock.- TOYTACO

Are you stuck on a certain color morcheez? I have an 08 SWB with 19k miles, DJM 3/4, TRD S/C etc.. etc... let me know if you might be interested I would have no problem coming down that way! If you wanted to wait until May, I will be in Tunica Mississippi for a car show also... just a thought- TOYTACO

I have had mine notched since brand new in 08 and never had a problem even with using the truck for towing etc... They wouldn't sell the notch for our trucks or all the other trucks out there if they weren't legit! I have never heard of an insurance company giving people any problems. The notch...- TOYTACO

djm notch question
Coming from experience with running the DJM you are going to want to notch the frame... dont get worried about doing it because it stregnths the frame more than it is stock and I have installed notches on brand new vehicles many times. Just make sure you aren't paying sticker for the vehicle you are trading it in for... a lot of dealerships are good for that... they will give you high price on yours and take nothing off the vehicle you are buying, making it seem like you are getting a good deal on your trade in... just and FYI... -

red_hott yes the wheels from my x would bolt up but im not sure if it could fit 22's or if the offset would work... the car is just 100 miles away i would definitely try them on if someone bought by x sorry redxrunner it wouldnt be worth it to remove the DJM and sell it -
