    I have the same issue with mine now. Tried the WD-40 and a little oil in from the top to no avail. I'm pulling up on the yellow plastic ring with a 6" extension for a 1/2" socket wrench and cannot make it move.

    My leak returned as my truck tripped around 100k miles. It only happened when I'd go through the car wash. I noticed the black plastic cowl is getting old and warping. I used black RTV to seal the black plastic to the windshield and now no water makes it through.

    I'll have a look at the vacuum lines, but everything under my hood is in good condition and the hesitation is sporadic enough that I'd think it may be a small leak starting if a hose would be starting to rot.

    camshaft position sensor

    I removed the OCV on the passenger bank and cleaned it. It came out pretty easily with one cap screw (10 mm I think). No need to remove the valve cover. I did not try the cam position sensor though.

    Well I bought a new OEM Denso MAF sensor from Gadget. Still hesitates and surges. I've seen a few places say the fuel filter should be changed before 100,000 miles on this truck?
