RR SPOTTED in Santa Barbara
12-10-2009, 7:00 pm, Fairview overpass Santa Barbara. Saw a RR stopped at the stoplight at the Fairview onramp. The driver flashed his brights at me, but being of horribly slow response I failed to do so back. WAS THAT ANYONE ON HERE?- XrunDan

BSP spotted on HWY 154
