yes the dual vvti 1GR in the late model fj's and 4runners won't work but if it is from a 12 tacoma and being put in a 09 tacoma it will work. The oil pans on the non X trucks are different but other than that should be the same engine wise
Yeah grandfather mountain is just about in my backyard, My X does great on the twistys here I just prefer to ride the good ones on 2 wheels lol. My X did fine on large mtn inclines when it was stock but does a lot better now with a little forced induction action on it
yep better make a claim with your bank account before its too late to get your money back. There is probably 10 of us on here including myself that have gotten our money "stolen" from them
Do our trucks have a washer fluid light? If so does anyone know around when it comes on? Looking to maybe install a mild meth kit and was gonna run it off the stock bottle and would be nice if it had a light that came on for low level
My 2.8 came off just like that. It was extremely hard to get off compared to the stocker and bent as well. I think they are made of a softer metal and make to fit tighter than the OEM pulley
How much drop will that give you? Looks similar to the balljoint flip on the old 80's trucks ive done. So if you got 1" spacers how much drop is that equivalent to? I'm looking for possibly just a tad bit more then I got and might be a good route to take
WhiteBeauty what is the LWR you speak of? And more info on the venom cooler please. I'm about to do a NST overdrive on top of my 2.7 pulley and was looking at what else I should do for cooling
NVM I found em light weight rotors, *facepalm*
They work as long as they are the correct thread (12x1.25) I think there will just be that empty space between the boot but there are simple ways to make the boot sit flush up against the bottom of aftermarket knobs
I felt like coupe's pan spacer was enough cooling upgrade for me. But I'm not planning to track or beat on my truck. Since you got both now you can rail the corners and rev up high with no worries!
who offers different gears for the charger or does it interchange with some others? I forgot who exactly makes the trd but I'm assuming its possible just curious as to who offers it and where to get it?
Wow this got dug up from the grave... But anyways my truck sticks out more on the right side too. All trucks do this every old toyota mini truck I have owned has been the same way. On linked spring rear ends such as older corollas and 4runners they make adjustable panhard bars to adjust the axle...
