001 Limited edition sunroof X!!! *pics*

    Well, I like sunroofs and it sucked that it was not offered on the X, so had to go custom. Here are some pics... if you guys are intrested pm for info.

    Yeah i wish the xr came with a sunroof. Thats a pretty impressive job they did too. :top: :top: :top:

    It was $795.00 with installation and the guy was so cool he did alot of other work for free. He hooked up my girls foggers, headlights, and high beans to blue bulbs and she is going to get a real good deal on the $1,100 sunroof which the glass actually goes tucked in the ceilling.

    I will post pics soon of the inside finish that actually closes with a slide door.:smile:

    Glad you guys like it just like I do cuz it's gonna start to get hot here in Cali.

    The plate came with it since I bought it in June 05' and never have put my license plates. I have been lucky not to get pulled over them:wink:

    love it... i just wish those "ridges" were easier to hide, or not there at all:dontknow:

    I love it also. Think you can take pictures of the inside I wanna see how it looks and the controls. Is it power or manual?

    That looks bad A$$!! I really miss my sunroof in my old car. Not to sound negative... BUT, I heard that when you put in an after market sunroof it has a higher tenancy to leak. Especially if you put the car/truck through hard turns and put stress on the seems as the body twists and flexes.
