Had some issues with the Driver Side Junction Box. So I took it out. Verified EWD with the Box and have this to share :smilefor now):

I'm sorry electricity is not really my thing. But are you saying 1,2,3,17,18 are unused and have circuit running to them.

1(+) pulse
2(-) pulse for solenoid use.i.e. hood lock, tail gate lock.

3 (+) has power parallel at IGN ON.

17 - (+) power with 20amp fuse at IGN ON also.(driver's side rear door power window)
18 - (-) Ground for above circuit, may be shared for "added" circuit of 3.
