2005-2007 Conversion to 2012+ Possible?

I was quoted $700 (southern Ont. body shop) to repaint the following: front bumper, all four wheel flares, door trim, rear view mirrors, grille, rear bumper, bumper corners, and lower grille facia (remember, I have an FJ). They said the savings is because I will be the one removing and installing the parts. Since these are new, no removal necessary (just prep.).

Just as a point of reference, I used the best paint shop in town and paid $1400 for hood, bumper (paint + remove orange peel), grille (red and black insert), blending into fenders, lower Evo mod and door handles.
