Up here in Canada, we call these "canopies".

I'm not sure what kind of camping you were planning on doing in this, but your knees will be awfully sore after a few days of 'walking' around inside that tiny little shell :laugh:

I'm not a fan of the covers but it looks really nice on your truck though. I'd say keep the hood it adds to the look of the truck.
