CD player problem

Yesterday I was installing a sound processor so I could run a few amps to a few subs and components for a upcoming car show, I wanted to be able to use my stock cd player, the only problem is, after reconnecting my cd player it won't play cds, its actually full, has 6 cds in right now and won't play them, when I pressed eject it said "no disc". I have no idea what's the problem, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
