took out my billet grills today and gave em a few coats of flat black rattle can. here is a few shots of the work and some of my toys

yeah i forgot to put a caption in for the tailgate pic asking if anyone had a tail gate for sale or knew where i could get the best deal on one and the headlights are next

Damn man what happend to the tailgate?

thats the ltr 450 quadracer mod lol i was loadin my quad in the back of my truck and the ramps kicked out frame set right down in the center of the tailgate, been like that for a while now

oo now that sounds like a good idea. Should shave the handle then perhaps a rollpan while your at it

Did you sand the grills down first or just paint them? I just finished the bhlm and am pulling my grills in a day or two and painting them too. Yours looks pretty good! And lol at the tailgate. I did the exact same thing to my moms dubcab a couple months ago. Thankfully it wasn't my own truck haha

yeah i just sanded the outside down with some 220 grit, just scuffed the polished part up enough for the paint to stick. inside the fins were already black so i said forget it and didnt sand inside them :top:

isnt there a tsb for bend tailgates????? free fix????

idk wish they would thow, save me some work and money

There is a TSB i'd say swing by your local toyota dealer and see what they say. don't tell them that the ramp slipped though just say the weight of it crushed it - should be golden I would think

thanks it looks good but idk how long it will hold up all else fails when it flakes off i will put some powder on em
