Electrical problem

I was messin with the wires from the after market headlights. I was tryin to hook up the halo lights. Any how I guess I crossed some wires cause now my corner lights dont come on and the lights on the dash are out too. I checked the fuses but didnt see and blown ones but I also didnt find the fuse that said parking lights/corner lights. Someone help me please.

Just because a fuse doesn't look blown doesn't mean it isn't blown. If you have a good voltmeter, do a continuity check on the fuses, it's possible for one to burn through without leaving the telltale "black mark" on the fuse case. I've been a victim of this myself.

I think the one for your parking/corner lights is in the fuse box in the engine compartment... did you check those too?
