Pretty easy. It's been a while since I have done it, but it unclips pretty quickly.

No hidden screws/bolts?
Has mild exhaust that booms in through the rear cab at low rpm.
Might do the trans hump under the center console since it was easy to remove also. There was some absorber material in a few locations from the factory.

cant speak for other generations, but for an 06 it just pulls off.

what kinda deadening material did those^ 2 use?
