I had an issue with shipping on his site a couple weeks ago (his site didn't bill me the shipping charges upon checkout) because of my busy schedule I had the repair done with an OEM part at my mechanic instead of waiting for the part to arrive, he offered quick replies and a full refund no questions asked. If I ever decide to perform some upgrades I will use URD in the future.
