Lenie03's 2005 SWB X-Runner
The Story behind the Ride:
Well I first fell in love with the X-Runner when I was overseas in Iraq, I was searching for a new ride for when I got state side again so I wouldn’t have to pimp the fire chicken anymore. When I was home on R&R I went to a few dealerships and called around for one but had no luck finding a Speedway Blue one only Radiant Red, so after I went back to Iraq I told my parents to find me one in Speedway Blue. They agreed to it and went on the hunt for it.
They finally found my truck for me on 4th of July weekend 2005 by chance when my mom went to trade in her old 4-Runner. Then my parents played an evil trick on me and told me that they couldn’t find one and that I more then likely won't get it before I get back state side. So need less to say I finally get home all bummed that I didn’t have a X-Runner to take back with me to my new duty station and I pull into my driveway and there she was sitting there waiting for me. So after I hit my dad for playing me like that I hugged him and my mom and thanked them for getting me my truck.
