Need help. AVN6620 and Ipod control

I tried to hook up my ipod control (ipc-106) to my eclipse avn-6620 deck. I popped everything out and noticed that there is no place to plug the circular plug coming from the ipod control unit into the back of the 6620 deck.

Am I missing something?
