2009 X-Fest East Show and Shine
Date : September 12, 2009
Where: Hotel Parking Lot
When : 10 am - 1 pmOn-site registration will be from 9 - 9:30 am
Trucks must be staged by 10 am with entry slip displayed on the driver side dash
Judging will begin at 11:15 am
Awards time TBD ( either at the end of the show or at the evening dinner)
Registration Fee Options:
1 - $5.00 ( just a little something to let us come up with some prizes for the winners)
2 - The XRU decal fee can be substituted as your entry fee.
note : if you plan to pay the $5, it is due when you register ( if you pre register, it will be due when you pick up your entry form)
Classes
1. Best Modified ( Modified F/I, Heavily Modded N/A, Custom Paint Etc)
2. Best Stock Modified (Lightly Modded N/A, F/I)
3. Best Stockish (Like it came off the show room floor:smile:, very lightly modified)
4. Best Interior
5. Best Exterior
6. Best Engine Bay
7. Best in show ( and the 2008 champ is not attending so you have a chance :smile
I will be sending out PMs to potential Judges ( I plan to pick no biased and as neutral as possible judges ) . The issue is that Judges will not be able to enter the show ( obviously). So Vendors will not be judges.
Vendors:
Vendors will be able to stage their trucks in a small area apart from the main entries. Vendors will not be judge or entered for obvious reason, but staging you truck will be a good way to show off your product. ( So yes Duane, I cannot show, so you have a chance....:rolleyez
Pre- Registration
If you dont feel like waking up earlier to come out a register you truck, we will do a pre- registration this year. I will have all entry form for pre-registered trucks ready to go at the beginning of the show. So please try to make it to the show about 15 min early to get your form and pay your fee ( if you chose that option)
To Pre-Register please send me a PM with the following information
First and last name/Username/Year/Color/Class you wish to enter
Note: If you show up in a heavily modded truck with an entry form for the stock class...:rolleyez:.. I will put you in the appropriate class ( to keep it fair)
So get you pre-registration in. Pre-Reg will end on Thursday the 10th @ 9 P.M.
So you have one week to shine them up :top:
