Just pulled a P0037 code. Truck has 178k miles. Would it make sense that the front WRAFs would go at this mileage/age?

So it's the rear sensor? In the Y, not the front in the header?

Assuming that you're only getting the code for the passenger side, correct? If so, that rules out swapped wires.

Since no cats, do you have an O2 sim? If so, how old is it?

Try unplugging it from that side and see if that code goes away, and is replaced by just the missing cat code. Or both sides, to have all things equal.

I was talking with @o0opackersfano0o offline and he made the same suggestion. I'll pull the O2 sim and see what I get. But to answer your question, yes, just a passenger side code. And the O2 sim is about 4 maybe 5 yrs old.
