Anyone had this code before? P2197 - oxygen sensor signal stuck lean, bank 2 sensor 1
I found a TSB, but I am not sure how the whole "Effective VIN" thing works.
My VIN is 5TETU22N46Z169823
here is the TSB. Does mine apply to this TSB?

The way I read it, this does NOT apply to you. Your vin ends in Z169823 and the TSB applies to VINs before Z147911. Sorry
